I have finally decided to take a break from sitting on the futon, which is what I have been doing for the last three days, tediously experimenting with a horrible but NEWLY-DISCOVERED (by me) method for multitrack recording.

The cat is very displeased at Jesse's not being here, and has taken to whining and drooling almost incessantly.

I have run out of olive oil, sweet potatoes, and clean underwear—which means it's time to go home.
